TEA HOUSE TREK / LODGE TREK

The most popular kinds of bed and breakfast with the typical Nepali family, while allowing the local family to earn some additional needed income. This is more of a cultural exchange while allowing visitor to better learn and blend in the local lifestyle

 

CAMPING TREK mostly winds around far flung remote and restricted regions. In this type of trek, all meals and camping equipments with a set of crew members allocated for various tasks during the trek are provided.

2. BY FITNESS & TECHNICAL GRADING

 

EASY TREK (▲) can be enjoyed by anyone who leads a reasonably active life. The walking parts of these trips are relatively easy and should not exceed 5 to 6 hours a day. No special training or skills are required, just a general level of fitness and a willingness to participate.

 

MODERATE TREK (▲▲)These trips are a mixture of some longer and shorter walks. During these trips, hill-walking experience is desirable. The walking hours are usually no more than 6-7 hours a day.Any physical preparation will always be to your advantage.

 

STRENEOUS TREK (▲▲▲) these trips are a combination of strenuous and moderate walks - normally 6 to 8 hours a day. Participants can expect to trek above 4,500 meters on these trips.Physical preparation to build up your stamina is highly recommended.

 

DIFFICULT TREK  (▲▲▲▲) These trips are known to be the most strenuous and are regarded as a genuine test These treks may require a degree of mountaineering skills and you should be capable of carrying on normally at an altitude of 4000-5000 meters. Daily walking is approximately 7 hours
